19th Century Steam Engine

Late engines from the 1800's are on display at Gressenhall's Workhouse Museum here in Norfolk.

This is an example of the type of engines on display.


We have made a new pattern (pictured below, in red) from an original casting so that a new gear wheel can be cast at a local foundry for use/display at Gressenhall.



As Pattern Makers we find this type of historical work very interesting and rewarding.
