Here are a few examples of our work.
Our high quality metal fire pit is made using fully certified (grade 220) cast iron 8mm thick. Made to order the unique one-piece design means our firepits will last a lifetime.
Boxless Patterns and a 2-Gang Corebox were made for the railing posts at Cromer. We've also made patterns for the posts around Norwich Castle Museum.
Railings that were cut down in WWII from a 17th Century Hall have been reinstated as part of a renovation project. These boxless setup patterns were created from drawings.
Selection of patterns were made for cast iron radiator joints, tap spouts in various sizes and designs, and a toilet cistern.
We modelled the master patterns for the 2015 Mini Challenge UK car racing body kit. Read more in our blog...

Using the original castings new patterns have been made so the foundry can cast new necks and tops to repair postwork.
This pattern was created for a London museum to be cast in iron as a floor grate. The motif was created by hand and a mould was then made to pour resin into.
Resin moulds have been taken from a master pattern to create a multiple boxless setup so larger numbers of air vents can be cast each time.
Using the original engine block casting we manufactured boxless setups, split patterns and core boxes so new engine blocks could be cast. Read more on our blog...
We made the loose patterns for these bespoke 'H' sample castings, designed by a top class awning / canopy company that supplies to many designer and luxury department stores.
